Divinity is the Shadow of Human Action

Today’s post is inspired by a passage my daughter pointed out to me during Rosh Hashanah services:

If this isn’t the greatest motivator of action, I don’t know what is.

I hear a lot of people complaining about the world and wishing that things were different.

They are always asking – but never doing.

Perhaps people would ask less and do more if they understood that divinity is the shadow of human action.
